1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Premium Storage & Shipping services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide international package forwarding, storage, and "Buy For Me" purchasing services. All services are subject to availability and applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of prohibited items.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Paystack or Stripe. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

6. Prohibited Items

Users may not ship illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, narcotics, or any items prohibited by origin/destination country laws.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the package. We provide optional insurance coverage for additional protection. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
