Send us the product URL from any online store, specify the quantity, size, and color. We review and provide a total cost including the product price, service fee (5%), and shipping. Once approved and paid, we purchase and ship the item to you.
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, while Express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.
Use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email or dashboard. Enter it on our Track Package page for real-time status updates including location and timestamps.
We accept payments via Paystack (card, mobile money, bank transfer) and Stripe (card). You can also pay from your wallet balance after topping it up.
